SHIPPING INFO - All orders that are shipped to an address that is located in the state of Louisiana are subject to a 4 to 9% state sales tax, depending on your location. Any orders that are shipped outside the state of Louisiana are not subject to a sales tax. Most orders are shipped same day.
Please be aware that - unless your item is designated as a "free shipping" item on its individual page - shipping will be added to your order. Our website does not - at this time - calculate shipping. We are working on that and this will be corrected in the near future.
We ship orders via UPS or Fedex ground residential service inside the United States unless otherwise specified by you. Shipping rates are calculated real time based on weight and destination. We look for the most economical way to ship. We do not - as many websites do - try to make a profit off of shipping and handling. If you have any questions on shipping, please call us.
Please be aware that special shipping such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select can really make a huge difference in the price of your shipping. If you choose one of these methods, you may want to give us a call to inquire about the shipping rate. We try to be aware of this and notify you should the shipping seem extremely high, but sometimes our shipping department overlooks this when they are in a rush.
RETURN POLICY - We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Please see below for information about returning merchandise to CSP Outdoors.
Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee - unless and exchange of an equal or greater value is made. Special order items are nonrefundable.
To obtain a refund, returned items must be in their original condition with associated packaging and tags attached. We cannot refund original shipping fees or the cost of return shipping - unless there was a problem or mistake on the part of CSP Outdoors. Please allow 10-15 days for your return and credit request to be processed. Credit will only be issued to the credit card that was originally charged.
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) NUMBER. To obtain this number, please call 800-592-6940 and ask for Mark Dye. Your return will be refused if it does not have an RMA NUMBER assigned to it.
We advise that you ship all returned items via insured mail or UPS. We cannot issue credit for lost packages that do not reach our warehouse. Credit for lost packages must be issued by the carrier.
You will receive a confirmation email from Yahoo to confirm receipt of your order. Please check it over to make sure everything is correct and notify us by email or phone immediately if you see a problem. One common problem we see is that the shipping method sometimes rolls over to another method. We will also notify you of any out-of-stock items or delay in shipment for any reason.
